Skin
Your skin is the largest body organ you possess. It’s a tough, flexible and sophisticated envelope for your entire inner body, providing protection, thermal regulation and much more. It’s the first line of defense against the outside world, your protection against daily assaults from natural elements (sun, wind, etc) and a physical defense against chemicals and pathogens in the environment. Millions of friendly microorganisms that crowd out bad bacteria and fungi assist in this defense, helping to keep your skin in good condition.
Your skin plays a part in your sensory system, relaying information from outside to your brain and nervous system. Your skin contains sweat glands, thermal insulation, pigmentation and other essential equipment.
Healthy skin is a psychological booster. Skin that is smooth, supple and resilient is immediately more attractive to others, so people with glowingly healthy skin feel good about themselves. Feeling good creates reactions in the body that fight depression, reduce stress and motivate people to work for further self-improvement, adding momentum to the process of resisting aging and looking younger.
That’s a lot of work. Your skin deserves your help.
I’ve worked, along with my wife and other experts at Image Skincare, to develop skin care solutions that delay aging. We’ve created a range of products that are easy to use—and that really work. My skin care advice is based on those years of research and development.
